Mukund Bihari Kaushal former Secretary Internal Security, Govt of India is a retired IPS officer of 1962 batch of AGMUT cadre. Mukund Bihari Kaushal says he attended three schools in his life—government schools in places like Bareilly, Kanpur, Haridwar and Etawah and schools called ‘family’ and ‘police department’. The first kindled his interest in history and literature and helped him figure among the top 15 in the Union Public Service Commission’s (UPSC) examination for the Indian Police Service (IPS) in 1962. He has served as one of the most respected Police Commissioner of Delhi and DG CRPF.

Anil Razdan

Former Secretary Power

Mr. Anil Razdan, former Secretary Power, Government of India Mr. Anil Razdan is a retired civil servant of 1973 batch of IAS. He Was Secretary, Power and Special Secretary/Additional Secretary Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India. Earlier he worked as Joint Secretary Power, Director Energy Management Centre (now BEE) and Director/Joint Secretary Atomic Energy, Government of India, Principal Secretary Power, Irrigation and Public Works Departments, Government of Haryana. He is an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi in Physics, and Law Faculty, Delhi University. He was a National Science Talent Scholar, National Merit Scholar, recipient of Hiralal Daga Gold Medal in Law. Development, and member of Permanent Monitoring Panel on Energy of World Federation of Scientists, Erice, Italy. He is a recipient of Leading Energy Personality Award, India Power Awards 2012.

Ashwani Lohani

Former Chairman Railway Board , CMD Air India

Ashwani Lohani, is a retired officer of Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers. He has earlier worked as the Chairman & Managing Director of Air India and the former Chairman of the Railway Board of Indian Railways. After being retired from Government service on 23 July 2020 he joined GMR Group where He is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer.

He was also the first Chairman of International Coal Ventures Limited (ICVL) – a JV of five leading PSUs viz. SAIL, CIL, RINL, NMDC & NTPC. He was a member of various Apex Chambers – Chairman of ‘Steel Committee’ of FICCI, member of National Council of CII and Advisory Council of ASSOCHAM. Mr. Roongta was also President of Institute for Steel Development & Growth.He is presently Mentor of Nonferrous metal committee of FICCI.

Ashwani is from the 1980s batch of Indian Railways Service officer & joined as the director for the National Rail Museum in 1993. In 2001 he joined India Tourism Development Corporation as Chairman and Managing Director. In 2004 he also become Commissioner and Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, a position that he held for almost six years in three different spells. At the end of 2009 he also served as Divisional Railway Manager, Delhi Division. After 2 years he joined Northern Railway as Chief Mechanical Engineer. He then served as Chief Administrative Officer in the Ministry of Railways] In 2015 he was appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of Air India.[ Moreover, he has been a Non-Executive Director of Air Mauritius Limited since October 2015. Prabhat Kumar

Former Cabinet Secretary, Govt. of India

Prabhat Kumar is a retired civil servant. An Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1963 batch, he served as the Cabinet Secretary between 1998 and 2000. Upon creation of the State of Jharkhand in November 2000, he was made the first governor. Kumar was born and brought up in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
